Amazing Traveling to Peru, The Lost WorldWelcome to The Traveling Guide to Peru. My name is Patricia Rivera and I will be your online guide to Peru. This country is amazing not only for its beautiful views but also for its people and the warm they take to you from the moment you arrive. Peru is one of the most visited countries in South America and only in 2006 about 40,000 tourist came to this beautiful country. I can assure you will be delighted, its exquisite food and breathtaking views can make you someone else and finally after working for so many hours in a office, like some of us do, you can be yourself, finally sit down and enjoy a warm food across from a beautiful view. Traveling it's not about getting out of work and sitting down in a beach to drink margaritas, traveling it's about enjoying your trip, getting to know the place and familiarized with the environment the culture and folklore of another country, state or city. Peru can make all this things happen, everything you need from a vacation is right there. Food can be a really good experience, weather you are in a fancy restaurant or in any other, eating it's a ritual. Each food carefully prepared and served in a special way with Peruvian ingredients can be a really good experience for a tourist. The dishes are so different, you can eat a dish prepared in different ways with all different flavors. Every time you eat at a restaurant it will be like the first time. The chef at the restaurants are not a 4 nor 5 star chefs but they combine the spices in such way it can make you come back for more. You also will enjoy, as much as the food, the culture, getting to know the people and learning their different customs and dialects, you will become one of them and experience, from their point of view, what it really means to be Peruvian. Peru is a country very rich in all, but like Antonio Raymondi once said " Peru is a vagrant who is sat in a golden chair" he was talking about everything people have, and they do not take advantage of it.
